LEADERSHIP
For the past 5 years I have been leading, managing and mentoring designers. I invest a lot of time and effort into constantly improving with classes at Design Dept. workshops and focusing on: Taking Risks, Performing, Coaching, Resilience, Empowerment, Workshop Facilitation and Speaking & Writing.

COMMUNITY
Our teams and work are only as strong as the connections between each other on the team. By coordinating and planning things like women’s circles, portfolio reviews, guest speakers and offsite planning, I make sure my teams stay inspired, connected and engaged.

DESIGN
The hard skills, if you will. I am always trying to pick up new aspects of my craft - the ones I’m the best at are: Creative Direction, branding, product design, simplification, designing and delivering presentations, and of course -Figma.

INSPIRATION
Outside of work I spend most of my time on: Dance, hiking, learning about plants, creating skull art, and divination, I even created and manufactured my own set of interview tarot cards.
